This is Lillith.

She is looking for a bad and dysfunctional home to reek havoc and mayhem in.  She has pretty much pissed off all the neighbors here, and is looking to piss off your neighbors too!

She is absolutely decadent, cantankerous, bad-tempered, loud and obnoxious and downright dreadful ... in other words, she is Defrightful!  Her body is in terrible condition, not many of her factory-installed accessories work, but her cold heart (an Olds 350R) still beats and pumps her cold blood through her veins.
